What exactly earns commission?+
Subscription payments only. You earn 30% of what a referred customer pays for a monthly or annual plan, excluding taxes and after discounts, for 12 months from their first payment. Credit top-ups and one-time lifetime purchases do not earn commission.
Is the commission really recurring?+
Yes. Every renewal inside the 12-month window creates a new commission at the same rate. After 12 months that customer stops earning, but every new customer starts their own window.
How long does tracking last?+
30 days from the first click. The first partner link a visitor clicks wins, and attribution is locked when they create an account, so it does not expire after that.
When do I get paid?+
Each commission is held for 60 days to cover refunds and chargebacks, then becomes available. Request a payout once your available balance reaches $50.00. We send PayPal, USDC or bank transfers within 7 business days.
What happens on a refund or chargeback?+
A refund removes or reduces the matching commission. A chargeback removes every unpaid commission for that customer. If a refunded commission was already paid out, it is deducted from your next payout.
Can I refer myself or my clients?+
Clients yes, yourself no. Referring your own accounts, or people you pay to sign up, is not allowed and the commissions are cancelled. Referring clients you manage or people in your community is exactly what the program is for.
Can I run ads?+
You can run ads to your own content. You cannot bid on the FacelessGenie brand name in search ads, use ads that look like they come from us, or use coupon, cashback and incentive sites.
Do I need to be a paying customer?+
No. A free account with a verified email is enough. Most partners do use the product, because the demos and screenshots you make yourself convert best, but it is not a requirement.
Why do payouts pause after I change my payout details?+
For your protection. If someone gets into your account and changes the payout destination, the 7-day pause gives you time to notice before any money moves.

Credit top-ups, one-time lifetime purchases and any other non-subscription payment do not earn commission. A customer is yours when they create their account within 30 days of first clicking your link. Existing customers and people who already clicked another partner's link are not re-assigned.
When you get paid
Each commission is held for 60 days to cover refunds and chargebacks, then becomes available. Request a payout once you have $50.00 available. We pay by PayPal, USDC or bank transfer, usually within 7 business days of your request. Payouts pause for 7 days after you change your payout details.
Refunds and chargebacks
If a payment is refunded, the matching commission is removed or reduced. If a payment is disputed, all unpaid commissions for that customer are removed. If a refunded commission was already paid, it is deducted from your next payout.
What is not allowed
- Referring yourself, your own accounts, or people you pay to sign up.
- Bidding on FacelessGenie brand terms in paid search or running ads that look official.
- Coupon, cashback or incentive sites, cookie stuffing, spam, or misleading claims.
- Promising earnings or results to people you refer.
We review suspicious activity. Commissions from breaking these rules are cancelled, and we may close the affiliate account.
Changes
